Nathanael Jackson was born on August 21, 1996, in Nashville, Tennessee. Nathanael became very involved in music at a very young age. His father is a very talented musician who plays piano, guitar, and is a vocalist. Growing up, he spent many days sitting in a studio watching his dad write, play, and record music with his friends. Nathanael's father also works as the senior talent director for BMI (Broadcast Music Incorporate) which taught him a lot about the business side of the music industry at a very young age. Growing up, Nathanael learned to play many instruments including, Percussion (drumset, Marimba, Timpani, Marching Snare, Marching Bass, Marching Quads, Vibraphone, etc.), Piano, Ukulele, Guitar, and Violin. While in High School, Nathanael had the opportunity to learn from some of the best percussion instructors in the world, eventually competing in the WGI Percussion circuit at the world class level. Because his father was so heavily involved in the music industry, he grew up around very talented and successful musicians. Nathanael spent time watching and learning from all different sides of the music industry and from all types of musicians for many years. He spent time with Rich Herring, the lead guitarist for The Little River Band, Tom Hirschman, performing artist and television/advertisement score writer, Billy Decker, mixing engineer and former Full Sail graduate, and Paul Vann, professional vocalist. After high school, Nathanael went on to Full Sail University where he plans to get his Bachelors Degree in the Recording Arts.  Following graduation, Nathanael plans to start his career in the music industry as a songwriter, recording engineer, mixing engineer, music producer, film scorer, performer, and hopes  to eventually open his own studio in Nashville.
